Shore Leave Cottage is owned by the Rothenhaus family. The first generation were adventurous sailboat cruisers who loved their years as second homeowners on Green Turtle Cay. Daughters Heidi Rothenhaus and Betsy Connolly now maintain the cottage as a vacation retreat for the family and for guests who appreciate the peaceful, natural setting, and the beautiful waters of the Abaco islands. Short term rentals are available for as few as 4 days @ $200 per day.

Our on-island Caretaker is Taylor Sawyer. Taylor will greet you at the cottage and help you get oriented to the property and the island. In advance of your trip, Taylor can suggest boat and cart rentals, fishing and diving guides, and other services that are best reserved ahead of time.
